Services and Fees
I offer coaching, consulting, education and mentoring services, usually in combination, in proportions useful for each individual client.
Below is a list of service packages I offer. If you would like something different, do contact me by email and we can figure that out together.
Sessions are 50 to 60 minutes long and take place via Zoom, booked via this page. I am based in New Zealand and work within the New Zealand time zone, but I do work with clients anywhere in the world. Where timezones are incompatible, we figure that out too!
All prices are correct as at the date of viewing, but are subject to change without notice. Existing clients will be notified of any price increases that apply to them.
For all services, payment must be made at least 48 hours in advance of sessions. All fees are in New Zealand dollars. Payment can be made by bank transfer within New Zealand, or by credit card on this website. Credit card payments are slightly higher to account for processing fees.
Preliminary/Initial session:
My way of working involves cultivating a relational environment suitable for exploration, action and change. For that reason I mostly recommend clients undertake the Signature Starter Programme, or the Executive Coaching and Consulting Programmes rather than one off sessions.
However, I fully understand that some clients would prefer a single session of coaching/consulting to understand the experience of it and ensure the fit feels great, before committing to the Signature Starter Programme. If you choose this, the fee for your initial session is counted towards your fee for the Programme.

Signature Starter Programme: 3 Sessions
This programme is the recommended starting point for all clients, regardless of their point of focus for coaching or consulting. It includes the following:
In session 1, we do a free ranging exploration of your context, what you want from coaching, your relationship to high sensitivity or giftedness (if you want that), issues you are struggling with, and all the things you are hoping for.
In sessions 2 and 3, we investigate two key pieces of your internal experience that I have found to be the most useful for ongoing coaching and self-examination work. In these sessions we work together to develop beautiful personalised approaches to that experience. Both sessions include some preparation reading and work.
All three sessions represent an applied introduction to the most useful paradigms and coaching concepts for clients who are self led and care deeply. Those paradigms and tools are then used throughout any subsequent work together, and can be taken into your own life right away. All of these concepts are applied to your particular needs and circumstances.

Ongoing coaching and consulting
I recommend the Signature Starter Programme for all clients, but if that is not a good fit for you, we can also work in an ongoing or on-demand way, with you booking sessions as you need. These sessions are 1:1 coaching/consulting sessions, working on issues relevant to you as they arise.

Executive Coaching and Consulting programme
This programme is recommended for company directors, entrepreneurs, social enterprise leaders or other executive level actors seeking deeper and longer term coaching and consulting.
The programme includes the following:
An initial session to explore your needs, interests, and vision for coaching, and what education or support modules may be most useful to you, so I can develop those in advance where needed.
All of the Signature Starter Programme.
Further education and supported exploration of issues relevant to you but beyond the scope of the Signature Starter Programme. These are tailored to your needs but may include further education and deep dives into high sensitivity or giftedness in your context of work, life, or leadership, or synthesising and problem-solving across disciplines.
Six months of fortnightly 1:1 coaching and consulting with me. Some clients prefer longer but less frequent sessions, so we will agree a version that best works for both of us.

Legal process preparation
This option includes two 1 hour sessions, with questions and discovery to be done by the client between sessions, offering specific dedicated support for emotional and narrative preparation for mediation, negotiation or litigation. Optionally, you may authorise me to speak directly with your lawyer, for an extra fee of $NZ150.
